Retentions Department consultant failed to fully, clearly, and adequately explain the terms of cancelling a contract to me. he only explained that I will lose ALL airtime, data, etc. AFTER he had cancelled the contract. i will now lose substantial amount of data and airtime which i topped up just recently.
