I have called and called and called again. Now I am really fed up. I have a top up 500 contract with which I use the R500 airtime to purchase 3.0GB data every month. I have called the call centre 3 times already to tell them that I want that sim card to send me notifications when the data has finished or when I have loaded new airtime. The website is so dull and so slow - it never updates immediately, and sometimes bombs out. Now, I want co convert my R500 airtime to 3.0GB data and now someone has removed that contract as the master account holder. Furthermore, I still have NOT received any notification when data is loaded on this sim card. I want this sorted out asap - My top up 200 is expiring in 2 months - what this simply means is that I will use my top up 500 for calls and I will cancel my top up 200. So that I can cancel 1 by 1 each Vodacom contract as they expire. I am deeply disappointed by the absolutely low standard web site and that not even a simple request like a notification can be resolved let alone purchasing a data bundle.
