Cell C
Unacceptable!!

My name is Yumnah Isaacs and when I heard the galaxy s4 was going to be launched, I knew I had to get one. Cell C offered the best contract deal regarding the galaxy s4 with its data package, smses and calling minutes. Have and behold if I knew what I know now I would've never taken out the contract. Whats the point you have outstanding packages but the signal!! The worse network ever. If I had a choice I would CANCEL my contract. Will never, ever refer people to take a contract out with CELL C. All they have to say is they are having a bit of a problem which definitely an understatement!! Very disappointed in myself for taking out a contract with them and that being a galaxy s4 but you can't enjoy its features because of the signal and endless problems that I have encountered. Alot of other customers were also told to sms to a certain number and their phone will be covered and I speak for a lot of people when I say not one person informed me about this. Extremely disappointed customer. Worse network ever to belong to. There is time or date for the incident because it happens every minute of everyday. Subscriber unavailable but the persons phone is always on!!!
