I logged a call with MTN about poor coverage. After following up 10 times, I logged a complaint on Hellopeter.com (https:///mtn/complaints/no-coverage-no-feedback-1084394).
Willem from MTN promised that the call was escalated for "urgent" resolution with REQ 2131 041. Nothing happened!! Even after I followed up on the call.
Willem, did you lie? Why can I not get an answer other than "we will get back to you urgently" from MTN?
I cannot comprehend the level of incompetence from this company!
