I applied for the S4 from my MTN office at the Norwood Hyper store about 2 weeks ago. I supplied all the relevant documentation and signed off the contract at the same time. I was informed that it would take at most 48 hours for the SIM swap and to receive the phone. I was also told that I would be phoned as soon as the swap occurred and when the contract was to come into effect. I have still not been phoned once, and when I went to the store to enquire over the last weekend I was told that they "were struggling to send any emails over the last week and that a technician was working on it." It's now almost a week since I was told that and I have still heard nothing. Tshepo from the store promised to contact me on Sunday morning/Saturday evening and he has not done so. I would like to know is going on with my contract because this is a matter of urgency and I feel as if it is not being taken seriously at all. If I took 2 weeks longer to pay my bill I can assure you that you would not be congenial towards me. Please get your act together!
