I went an upgraded my contract on Tuesday 17/12/13. at the MTN Pavillion store. I was told I needed a sim swap, for which I immediately paid for it. I was told it would take 2-24 hours. Well, it has now been 37 hours and I am still waiting!
I went to the La Lucia branch, only to be rudely told I have to contact the Pavillion store, as they refused to help me, (did not even ask for my cellphone number to try and help). I have tried calling the Pavillion store since 7pm last night, and there is no answer, even though I know they were open until 10pm. This morning, there is still no answer at the store.

I have since contacted the service centre (1808), and the lady tried and helped me. She checked my number, and advised me that no sim swap has been processed on my number, thus meaning that nothing has been done yet, and I have waited 37 hours for nothing! Nobody at MTN is replying to emails or answering calls. What disgusting service from MTN. I expect an explanation immediately.
