96 HOURS TO GET A SIM SWAP ON A CONTRACT LINE

Friday morning at 08:00 I called the calll center to iniTiate a sim swap for a contract line. The lady told me that a person from the sim swap dpt would call me in under 48 hours to ensure that the security checks and activate my line. Saturday morning I still had not been called by anyone I called again at about 14:00 and was then put through to escalations. Escalations dpt then told me that a lady named LERATO from the sim swap dpt had iNDidcated in the systejm that she tried to call me and could not get a hold of me. The most infuriating part is that noone called me that whole Saturday morning meaning this Lerato fabricated this. All the same the escalations dpt said Lerato would call before the end of the day and obviosly she didnt call me and as such on Sat even I called again to be told that escalations closes at 4. Sunday morning I called again to be told sim swap doesnt open on Sunday. sunday evening a supervisor in escalations called Tsepiso said I would be called today by 10 am and my line wld be active. I still have not been contacted 90 hours later WHAT KIND OF SIM SWAP IS IT? i AM ENTITLE TO A SERVICE I PAY FOR?
