After 4 months of complaining and struggling with MTN on a sim swap issue Mr Paul Rozycki eventually came to the rescue and assisted me with my issues and promised a refund on the costs incurred due to their fault.

Thank you for attending to this issue as the rest of MTN personnel were of no use or assistance.
