MTN Sharelink - Poor product & even worse service

With all the internet offerings on the market, I decided to go for the MTN sharelink uncapped service mainly due to the promise of easy, hassle-free connection. However, after utilising this service for the past year I noticed that this was indeed an empty promise on MTN's behalf.

I need to reset my modem at least two times a day due to no connection and when I'm connected I can't even load the google homepage due to slow connection speeds. I understand that MTN throttles the connection speed after certain usage a month, but this is unbearable.

After contacting the call centre a few times I noticed that the operators do not understand how to assist the client. They keep passing the bucket to avoid responsibility. During the latest call centre inquiry the operator referred me to another call centre which only operates between 8 and 5 on weekdays. I stated to the operator that I have an 8 to 5 job on weekdays and will not be able to contact the call centre from my home to which his reply basically was: "it's not my problem".

I'm paying for uncapped internet, but don't have any internet for most of the time.
