I have owned a contract with Vodacom for just under 3years. With on average no less than R450 left in my account at the end of every month, this month i find only R3.00! Vodacom cannot detect where my money has gone, and they charge me more money for an itemised bill. What's a call centre for if they cannot help??? Why charge me more money just to see my very own bill? I need answers! its not just a few rands that are missing! essentially, this is on Vodacom's part!
