Four months & still waiting

On the 26th of January I took my BlackBerry PlayBook for repairs at Vodacare in Cresta, I was told it would be fixed within 3weeks. Its 4 months now and I'm still waiting - whenever I phone them they send me from pillar to post. No one is taking responsibility of their work. I must say I've got the BAD SERVICE from Vodacom. Even the manager Hellen doesn't know what she's doing. All I want now is to to cancel my contract with them and move to another service provider. Would make sure that I tell my family, friends and colleagues of the service from Vodacare
