I received a sms from MTN 26/11/2013 my services has been suspended at 9:50, then at 11:15 apologies for incorrect suspension & my services reactivated again. I can not have this mistake made, as it is my only cell for emergencies & work. I requested itemised billing 4 December 2013 that I have not received. I was charged addtional R219.50 packet switched data calls 13/11/2013 that I did not do/request, so what is this charge? Previous problems since activation from September 2013 that people can not call or sms me, but I receive whatsapp & I can call & sms. I hardly make calls or sms but my account is R1000 then R1400? That is why I requested the itemised billing as where is my 200 smses, 200 airtime, 200MB whatsapp package???
