Contract -iPad 2 64Gb @ 2Gb per month start on 2012 February @ R489pm

When 2Gb data is received, and used up, access to internet is terminated;which is correct. Until the start of the new month when a new 2Gb is received and thus I can resume using my iPad. But what's happening is, when I reach my data limit (2gb cap), for ex. on 15th of the month, my line is blocked when 2gb is depleted (Which is CORRECT) however:

1. When the month ends and new month starts with new data bundle, I don't receive it AND my line is still blocked.
2. I do not receive my data bundle UNTIL after I call the call centre 3 times and as they're incompetent I have to physically go to a MTN store to resolve the problem. However the problem does not get resolved only after massive amounts of explaining as the MTN store consultants are totally incompetent too.

This has happened 3 times in a row where I do not receive my bundle at the start of the month and line remains blocked. The call centre and MTN store consultants are imbeciles and I am DESPERATE for a solution! Now they don't even understand what the problem is, absolute!
