Phone still not repaired, after 3 book ins

I send in my phone in February to be repaired, when I got it back, the same problem appeared again. This happened 3 times (each time the same problem). I send in my phone again, after I was told I had to and two weeks have passed and still I don't have my phone. I actually had to rebook it last week. I pay for my BIS services, but with all of this I couldn't use the BIS services for 2 months now. When I ask for a refund of my BIS for those two months, the people just ignore it. I wanted to cancel my contract, but was advised not to due to all the charges of cancelling a contract. I am really tired of this. I even tried a sim swop and now not one of my sim cards are working.
