Good deals, terrible customer service

I recently signed up for an iPhone 5 contract with Cell C. At the end of the first month once my data bundled had been depleted I called customer service to enquire about a data bundle. The consultant assured me that these are only available on pro rata basis. As I struggled to understand the logic behind this I asked the consultant several times if she was understanding my question and how i could only get a bundle on pro rata, she eventually got irritated with me and I told her I was only trying to understand and then I put down the phone. The following month I went to the tygervalley store and the guy promptly helped me to a data bundle, funny enough now all of a sudden i could choose whether i wanted it pro rata or not. unfortunately, the gentleman in-store failed to give me the correct information again. My data bundle was done before the end of the month and when I wanted to purchase another one from the same gentleman he informed me that it could only be done once per month. And this was the point where I was rather angry and upset with your terrible service. Subsequently, I have to pay a rather large out of bundle account due to the incompetence of Cell C staff.
