Disgusted with MTN's attitude to customer complaints. Trying for two days to get my BIS restored to my Blackberry for which mind you is still being charged to my account irrespective of no use! The call centre at MTN informed me it takes up to 24hrs and that I should reboot my phone to speed up process. I kept doing this but luckily I called them last night to find out the truth. The call centre (Thabelo) informed me that the request to switch on my BIS failed on the system and that the technical team do not work weekends (when I require this service most mind you). She failed to get her supervisor to call me back. This is unacceptable MTN -We PAY you guys for weekends stlll. MTN isn't refunding me the loss of BIS use cost! Today Keegan at the call centre informed me that a Supervisor will call me but as I thought-NO call recieved AND neither is my BIS restored! Service, I will not renew contract with you! Pack of liars and evasive Supervisors at MTN!
