Suffering due to MTN Poor service and bad attitude

I called MTN (808) Saturday 2nd March 2013 to cancel my contract which expired last year October 2012. They told me that the process is going to take up to 2 hours so I should buy BIS and load it after 2 hours. Its Tuesday today and my phone still shows that I am on contract and everything that needs internet is down, no emails, BBM, etc. and I can't load BIS as well. I informed MTN and they told me that the migration failed and they are going to fix. This is really frustrating due to the fact that I am using my phone for a lot of things and now I am completely cut off and secondly the attitude of the MTN call center people is very bad, as the lady (Pearl Makola) I spoke to on Monday told that there is nothing she can do as people are about to go home and I asked if she saw that the migration failed why didn't she fix it. it, and Tuesday I asked for the complaints department and they said it does not exit I should just talk to their supervisor and the supervisor just said there is nothing they can do rather than elevating the problem to their technical department. I am really disappointed with MTN as a faithful customer I don't think I deserve this poor treatment.
