WRONG INFO, Empty promises, delays delays, delays!

I signed up for debit order deduction with a consultant on the 30th Jan 2013 ans she informed that the debit order will not go though as she sent a request and it failed and i would have to make a manual payment.

As discussed on the 25th Feb 2013 i made a manual payment of R611 via EFT, on the 26 Feb 2013 a debit order went off my account for about R607 it was Multichoice, miraculously the debit order was working, so on Wednesday the 27th i contacted the call centre again in JHB and spoke to IVY MUPOGOANE call ref: 122099840 and she apologized for Th inconvenience and said that she would process the refund as she can see both payments on the system. She informed me that it will take 7 days, Happy we anded the call and moved on
Again I called the call centre today 06 March to query the refund an NOTHING WAS DONE!!! UNACCEPTABLE, SORT THIS OUT NOW!!!
