Failure to respond after multiple enquiries

I decided to 'wi-fi' my house. A router was delivered by iburst and I proceeded to set it up with the help of the technical call centre. The first night took nearly 3 hours with no result. The technical person concluded the router was faulty. The next night another technical person tried to help me and once again concluded that the router was faulty. I was told that a supervisor would call me the next day and was given a reference number. Sadly I did not take this down. A supervisor did call me and advised me to take the router to a shop in Bedford Centre. I took a trip to Bedford centre only to find there was no such shop. I called the technical team again to ask where I could take the router and was advised that I should take it to the MWeb shop in Eastgate. On arrival at this shop I was told that they only deal with MWeb affiliated iburst customers and not direct iburst customers.

I then made numerous calls to request that a supervisor call me. I did get one subsequent call from a supervisor who told me that it was not the router that was faulty but my 3 laptops and and 3 iPads were faulty. I did save one reference number 712606 and that Phenyo would call. I am still waiting.
