Dear Vodacom

It saddens me to be here putting in an official complaint in writing. I have been a customer of yours since I got my first phone 17 years ago. Have you tried using your own call centre?

I ordered my upgrade 3 weeks ago - they sent the phone by courier but the courier had no telephone contact details for me so sent the phone back to Vodacom. To date nobody has been able to sort this out except by reloading a new order, after at least 7 calls to the call centre to resolve, now it is sitting in backlog. And I continue to wait. Surely if a case is till open after 7 days it is escalated. Why are the call centre people not trained, why are there such delays?
How can you run a company with such poor service?

Do something about it please.
