NO RESPONSE AND NO DELIVERY OF UPGRADE CELLPHONE

I ordered my upgarde cellphone at the end of the week ending 15 March
- I provided all the details regarding my delivery in JHB
- On the 18 March I was contacted by the courier company to ask for my address because they were in Durban with my cellphone
- The phone was supposed to have been delivered in JHB
- The courier company said they would send it back to JHB
- I didn't receive any feedback for 3 days
- On the 22 March I called the call centre and spoke to 5 different people who could not help me track where my phone was and it has not been delivered
- I was told it's in Midrand by the courier company but nobody at Vodacom can tell me when it will be delivered

I would like my phone ASAP!!!

Please can someone contact me to confirm this.

I refuse to pay the upgrade fee because of the shocking service and lack of feedback.
