Very Very Incompetant and Unprofessional

Dear Vodacom
Sometime in august 2013, I received the SMs from Vodacom saying that my upgrade is ready for delivery. I called the incompetent Call Centre to stop the processing of the transaction, because i never upgrade my contract. A week later i received another SMs saying in two days they will deliver the upgrade. I called again being advised that is already with courier company, but they will stop it from there. the beginning of September i received the invoice with due value of R1090 to be paid at the end of that month. i called again just be advised is for the upgrade "Modimo". after that they was investigation for took almost three weeks till the debit order date, it went though. I called again for verification of what is going to happen, they still investigating. to my surprise i don't get any feedback from Vodacom of what happened and how, i keep on calling till its get done the investigation in October. so they started to cut my service over the weekend, just to find that the credit notes was not passed. i called again on the 21st November for my refunds to be advised that i must call again after the 12th December. Please pay my money back!!! so that i can move on.
