Vodacom
3 weaks and 15 calls later still no phone

Now I had enough!!!

I order a phone from vodacom and they say up to 5 working days. I wait and wait.
after 5 days I try calling vodacom failed to get through. I Hello peter and they call to say it has been delivered after 3 days but there was NOBODY THERE I asked for RAM's contact details. called RAM and they said my phone was delivered to the FREE STATE!!! I AM IN CAPE TOWN FOR SAKE!!! SO I ASK them to please get my phone to me in cape town. they agree and take my correct details down. this morning I had to call RAM myself because they dont let you know anything. Only to find out my phone was sent back to the vodacom warehouse and I need to re order the phone? you I have spent 2 weeks on trying to order a phone, spent hours waiting for vodacom call centers. and another 12 days waiting for a phone that is not coming at all.

somebody needs to sort me out immediately because there is no way someone can be treeted like this as a customer.

I just called vodacom and they put me on hold for 30mins and then a guy from RAM picks up.

Y the are vodacom's people so incompetent.
