Poor service, unable to listen to complaint

I had a previous issue with poor service with Vodacom branches in Nelspruit (Reference PC ZHC9-37XHE6 Hellopeter).

after constantly being told to go back to the branch to have the issue resolved (where the branches just refered me to the next), the Neslpruit Vodacom repair centre wanted R150 to back up data before they would work on the phone. Vodacom sent a courier to collect the phone., which was returned by courier 2 weeks later, working, with all the data erased.

Excellent to agree to send a courier, thank you. Listenting to the complaint about being ripped off by R150 to back up data on a warrentee claim (succsessful), and then just wiping all the data? Really, if I wanted to just wipe the data I would have done so at Branch No 3 instead of engaging further with more branches, and 4 more phone calls to the call centre.

poor service again from Vodacom. Strong reminder of the old Post Office, same mentality.
