Cell C Does not Spare Disappointment

Hello Peter. this is my second complaint about useless company "Cell C". Initially i was given an incorrect Sim. it took a few more weeks to finally receive the correct Sim, and upon inserting it into my phone, it did not register to any network so i went to one of the Cell C outlets for help. the consultant asked for my ID number and immediately told me that My Number has been "Permanently Deactivated". He tried again and he told me the very same thing. It is very humorous that i still get sent Sim cards event though they will be useless. It is the first time that in over ten years that my number is deactivated and i demand that it is Reactivated as it is a HUGE inconvenience to firstly port to another network and then change a number, especially as i did not have any intention of changing my number. It seems that one must post a complaint on hello peter to get any form or movement from Cell C. I not only demand that my number be activated but I also demand compensation for all the agony and grieve that Cell C has caused me. Besides the reactivation of my number and compensation, I do not and will not purchase any for of product from Cell C. This is Customer abuse at its best!
