CELL C DEACTIVATED CELL NUMBERS WITHOUT REASON!

Beginning of 2013, I did a Sim swop to Cell C, from Vodacom, because of their better rates. What a mistake!!
On 23 November I encounter a problem and called Customer service, just to find out that MY NUMBER OF MANY YEARS, is not on my name!! I worked part time for for Ruan Vesage of Cell C, and he was supposed to do a name change to my name, after I did a SIM SWOP from Vodacom, but failed to do it. A very friendly manager from Cell C, helped me to get my number on my name on 24 November 2013. On Sunday evening, 9 December, I saw a message on my phone Emergency calls only. Upon phoning my number, the message was that my number was permanently deactivated! According to customer service, it was because I don't use my number, and that I am not the only person with this complaint, it happen all the time. Nobody is able to activate my number immediately, although they can see that I recharged and use my number all the time! There Network team must first lodge a investigation to see if was involved and verify that I use my number regularly! This can take up to 3 days. I need my number back on air immediately, as I use it for business purpose!! Please help me!! Thank you.
