Contract was upgraded in the month of November 2012, MTN employee failed to upgrade package details, more especially data bundle from 75mb to 250mb. Questioned employee of Hyde Park in April, same as where renewal was done, as to why was i not receiving my designated data bundle. brought it to my attention that someone had failed to upload the correct information on their side. After endlessly trying to get a hold of the same employee who was meant to provide me with the feedback the very next day, which failed to happen with employee not even returning calls made to the store; i opted to lay complaint through the call centre. initial store complaint was firstly not even laid, secondly they failed to provide feedback as to what the next step would be. i awaited the 10 day feedback period to be provided to no avail. all call centre employees inisisted on Warren Slabbert returning call which failed to materialise. there after team leader, Thandi guaranteed feedback the very next day, which did not occur. finally got a hold of Warren, brought it to my attention that i will only be reimbursed for lost airtime excluding data bundle. I WOULD APPRECIATE PROFESSIONAL FEEDBACK PLEASE ASAP
