CELL C'S ILLEGAL PORTING OF VODACOM CUSTOMER'S DET

I would like to start by stating how incredibly disgusted I am by Cell C's service as a whole - why I am being "serviced" by Cell C as a Vodacom customer in the first place is beyond me! On Friday 18/10/2013 @ 18h06 I receive an sms from Cell C stating my Vodacom cell number is being ported to Cell C &I may call 084 767 8287 to cancel the REQUEST I DID NOT MAKE. I call the number & the agent tells me my number is indeed in the process of being ported. I query how they can port my number without my permission or request & I'm told anyone who has a Cell C sim card just needs to send a request via sms and it will be done... Anyone!!! With any number!!! I would like someone to explain to me how Cell C thinks they have the right to port another network's client. They send an sms after hours, & do not even give the owner of the cell number that they are porting from another network 24 hours to query, to check and validate that it is a legitimate request!!! I am taking this further as IT APPEARS IT WAS A HACKING ATTEMPT AS SOMEONE BLOCKED MY TELEPHONE AND CELL BANKING BY ENTERING THE INCORRECT PINS THE MAXIMUM ATTEMPTS ALLOWED. Full complaint has been sent to attorneys!
