I hereby wish to advise you that I am a very unhappy customer who has been pushed from pillar to post. I am a cell c subscriber for more than 5 years and a month ago I received an sms stating that I need to put in a recharge voucher in order for my services to be activated. At this stage I was confused as I neva had an issue with my number. I have been using this number as my business line an I have clients that only have this number. Due to the fact that I have been out the country, your consultant advised me that my services have been cnacelled and my number has been de-registered. I find this very strange as I had no notification, not even a letter or an email. I have been in contact with your offices for the past 2 weeks, I get told that I need to rica my sim, once I do try I then get told that I need to go to the nearest cell c store and then only will my number be sorted. Even after doing all this, I am then told nobody can assist me and I need to get another number or port my number to another network. I also work for a corporate company and this is unsatisfactory service. Nevertheless I did as your consultant at the gateway store advised, to date still no joy.
