Unauthorised Sim Swap over the Call centre in KZN

3 times this month I have had my number stollen by someone calling the Cell C call Centre in KZN doing an illegal Sim Swap on my number. I have had to pay for new Sim cards and a "so call investigation" was to be done by Cell C... This morning the same thing happened again, but this time through them illegally my number they hacked my bank account through cellphone banking (which I did on that number) and all my money from my account. I need urgent assistance and demand explinations and compensation!!!
