Worst as usual service from cell c

Hi there, i have given my galaxy phone for to give me the new one since i have given the phone at cell c 5 th time since 6 months time. the phone is at cell c back office almost 3 to 4 months in time of whole this 6 months. even this time i gave the phone on 27 th of december and so far no update from the stupid and etc cell c... the worst network in my life i saw is cell c. they cant deliver anything to customer. since i am struggling like anything with out smart phone some time. why the cell c is in providing service.
and since these months every time i am posting my complaint on hello peter but they just come back and cant help... useless cell c
