I recently took out a contract with cell c. After two weeks of having no 3g and internet connection at both work and home, I took up the issue (multiple times) times with cell all resulting in me filling out network logging forms, with cell c providing no feedback and my issue not resolved. I used the hello peter website (after failing to get a reply on the celc website) to lodge a complaint, only for a cell c personnel to contact me again requesting me to fill out a network logging form. I then decided to enquire about cancelling my contract and was given a refference number and told that cell c would get back to me. A few days later I called cell c for feedback and spoke to a " Gabriel" in the cancellations department who said that he could not pick up my refference number on the system, I then asked him for a refference number of which his response was that he cannot and that one refference number is sufficient (but he could not find my initial number given???) He was also highly rude and sarcastic.

My frustration with cell c has now reached and all time high as both staff and service seem to be incompetent. As a new customer to cell c this is highly disappointing
