Unilateral control of account without feedback

Firstly MTN did not load my data bundle and charged me out of bundle rates. I had to pay these massive bills and could not understand why. When the problem was detected MTN undertook to investigate and to report back to me. I received the following sms from MTN SP:

"Good day, your MTNSP query reference: REQ:2047996. A credit request of R4509.22 for data charges billed incorrectly on invoices dated:
13/12/2012 - 13/04/2013 has been sent through for approval for cell: 0836336305. Thank you. Warren Slabbert contact no: 011 -9123000 (Of fice hours)"

I have since tried to contact Warren or anybody else who could tell me when the money will be paid to me. Then I was informed from another department that MTN did not bill me for the month of May and that there is no credit to my contract and cell number anymore which means that I used R4509.22 in one month which is proposterous! I requested a detailed account and feedback as to credit given on my account and why there is no credit anymore which Slabbert or MTN failed to supply me with.

MTN is not willing to attend to the matter, especially Mr. Warren Slabbert. Furthermore it appears that MTN is willing to refund its customers properly!
