Last year I called this branch on a Saturday afternoon who I had dealt with for years to keep me an Iphone till Monday. They agreed.
On Monday morning in I went, only to be told that they had sold it on Sunday.
3 weeks ago I went in to have my bbm set on my phone. After being given the run around, one of the staff started to help me. He looked at his watch, put the phone down and disappeared. i waited and eventually asked another staff member where he was, to be told that he had gone home! In the middle of helping me.
Today I went in, only because I urgently needed an SMS bundle and tried to pay with my credit card, on;ly to be told that they would not process it unless the amount was over R50.
I am done with this branch. They must be the worst CellC shop in the country
