Electronics and household app.

I took my Samsung s4 mini in on fri 10/0/2014 in to Samsung with a fault, after swapping the battery in the morning the phone had the same fault, I went back to the store that afternoon and was told that the phone needed to be booked in and will take 4-5days to repair. on Monday when I called I was told it will take 14 days to repair after asking why I was given diff lead times, I was called on Monday afternoon to say that the phone was with the technician and will be ready and I will be called when the phone is fixed after many, many tries to contact the store on Tuesday I was told to come in 45 min the phone will be ready. I wathen called to say that the phone will be ready in 2 hours.when I went to the to store to collect the phone I was then told the phone is sill not ready. I waited over 45 min In store and was rudely served by their staff. After getting frustrated by nobody helping me I called the store to ask for assistance while waiting and that's when the manager came too see me.the staff at the store are rude and incompetent, and if I was the only one I can understand, there where people there more frustrated than me
