Service Is Pathetic

The service at the Jet is pathetic, on this Saturday I went to the store to buy some clothes, after spending about 30 min on the floor looking for the clothes without any staff member asking if they can help, I went to the till and waited at the counter for help to pay, then a staff member came and said I must stand on the other side where a lady was helping customers with what seemed to be a account problem. so I waited there with patience. after about 20 min went by I see other customers standing by the till where I was. and then all of a sudden the same staff member which told me to wait at the other counter was helping these customers. when I started complaining and asking for the manager I was told that she is not there, and when I started making more of a scene there was a lady by the name of Mary which came to assist I think she was the manager.
After speaking with her and explaining what the problem was she said that she would get back to me the following Monday. which till today has not happened. I work for a company which the first rule is SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE and the customer is the most important. which was something I did not get from the store.
