Phone not working since Saturdaay 3rd August

I recently purchased a new cell phone and contract for my son who was staring a new job and required a reliable contract and phone. On Saturday 3rd of August it stopped working, on Sunday morning we went to the Glen branch (where it was opened and where I currently have 4 contracts) where I was told that he could not help me I needed to phone the Customer Services department on Monday. On Monday morning I called they faxed me the document I needed to sign to remove the "soft bar limit" and it was faxed back. Today Thurdsay the 8th of August the phone is still not working... I have phoned at least 2 x a day since monday and they tell me the same thing it will take 2-24 hours to fix. What blows my mind even more is that the "client service person" has told me that the branch could have assisted me on Sunday! I find this totally unacceptable service. I will certainly not renew any contracts or take any new ones. I do need this phone to work - I have two reference numbers and still no light at the end of the tunnel. Pathetic
