Why am I waiting!?

On Sunday morning I went in to Vincent Telkom to sign up a new 20GB contract. We filled in all the forms & purchased a modem. We asked how long it would take & she said, normally a few hours, as they needed to do a credit check, but it was Sunday, so latest Monday morning. On Monday afternoon, when I had not heard anything from them! Nothing had been done, as the consultant then said that they had 'system problems'.I said that it was urgent, could they please call me, and it am STILL waiting. This morning, I came in AGAIN to Telkom. Today, they tell me, I haven't been loaded. They do not know where my documents are & they DON'T care. TELKOM, I am VERY frustrated. I don't really have time for this. If this wasn't important, I would not be wasting my time
I asked to speak to the manager. She is making me wait, purposefully, because, she doesn't want to have to deal with me or the absolute shoddiness of the service and lack of service delivery of her staff and the branch. I have not raised my voice, sworn at anyone, or anything, but Telkom... As an honest hard working human being, I am MOST disappointed in you. You really don't care!
