No Stock, No service delivery and Unhelpful Staff

I currently have 5 contracts with MTN of which 3 i am in the painful process of upgrading. We called the MTN branch in stoneridge on Thursday morning to ensure they would have stock of our phones, as they did not have stock they said they would order to get delivery on the Friday afternoon when we came in to do the paper work etc on which day they still did not have stock saying we would receive them on Monday. We enquired on Monday and Tuesday and still there was no stock, we were told they would call us back with information which did not happen. Being Wednesday today i enquired again as to why we still don't have our phones and the response was that there is no stock and they have to re-order as Cameron had seemed to have made some kind of error which prevented the stock from being delivered. As I feel I am dealing with MTN as a whole and not one particular staff member, i asked what they were going to do about this and the response was that there is nothing they can do i have to wait for delivery. This will now be a week from when i started this painful process with MTN. In this day and age i believe a week is an unacceptable waiting period to obtain a cell phone.
