I was over charged by Vodacom for a spam service from their content provider Worldplay, of which I never subscribed to the service. Once I saw an incorrect debit on my account I called Vodacom who then told me that it's because I have subscribed to content services. I have never subscribed to such services as the simcard in question is only used on a computer to access internet. Hence it is impossible for me to request cellphone WASP services since I'm using a simcard for internet only. Upon contacting Vodacom about the matter, Vodacom refused to take responsibility and then told me to talk to someone called Tracy at WorldPlay. I email Tracy and until this day I have never received feedback from her. Vodacom is suppose to take responsibility for such as they are the ones who debited me extra money without my consent and for services I never requested.
