Incompetence, no customer service

Every month I am charged for content services that I never subscribed to. When I called Vodacom, they give me bogus details of a content provider that does not exist. My account on their website says I have not subscribed to any WASPA services. Does anyone of their call agents know what's going on? Do any of them even care? I was promised so many times that someone will return my call only to hear that they could not get hold of me (...on the Vodacom network...) and then they simply close the call as resolved. I am stunned by their incompetence and indifference. This amounts to breach of contract and charges.
