I noticed that my credit would run out without me using the cellphone. On checking my account I discovered I was being charged for "content services". When I called Vodacom to explain, they said I subscribed to integrat and cell spice at R7.00 and R6.00 per day. I have never subscribed to either! Vodacom must know these companies are dodgey as there are many complaints on HelloPeter.com, yet they still allow them to debit their customers accounts.

Further and most importantly how can Vodacom allow companies such as cellspice and integrat to charge me for a service when they could not possibly prove that I subscribed to their services in the first place. What procedures are in place at Vodacom to prevent this debit? Please furnish me with the proof of my subscription request!

Can I contact Vodacom's accounts department, give them 10 000 random Vodacom numbers tell them the each one owes me a R150 for services rendered please debit their accounts and send me the money?
