Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service as to getting a new adsl wifi internet line installed and working! Spent over R400 airtime trying to get a technician back to my house to sort out the problem becuase the phone lines keep sending me in circles back and forth telling me to try the exact same stuff over and over! Everything has been paid for in advance and promises are made but yet no solution, but the money has been taken! Is there anyone that can sort this out because not even the supervisors wanted to speak to me or my housemates about this issue!
