I have been in contact with Vodacom regarding Content Services I have been charged R1000 every month without my knowledge.

They told me they will deactivate it 2 months ago. As a result I took my upgrade which was due this month.(I regret this now)

Tonight I checked my accounts and once again I have been billed with Content Services in excess of R1000 and WASP's once again take my money. Or is it Vodacom. At the moment I am not sure.

Could Vodacom please provide me with proof that I registered for these services and if they don't please can they refund me R30 000 which has been debited from me since end 2010.

I hereby request deactivation of these services and if that is not possible I request you cancel my contract with immediate effect. I not once signed a contract allowing content services to be charged and therefore Vodacom is in breach of contract. If this is not done I will cancel the debit order and have my cellphone number transferred to Cell C or even MTN maybe. Vodacom can with pleasure collect the new handset they have provided me with.
