Charged for services I never requested

I have a USB moded that I use to connect to internet. The simcard is always in the modem and I only use in the modem and just for internet. Vodacom subscribed me to something they call Content Servies which is access via cellphone. For this service that I have never requested they are charging me R3 per day. I never requested such a services and there is no way of me using such a service since the simcard is only used in a modem. I contacted Vodacom about these, after they have charged me for the services. They refused to refund me the money they have taken from me that I have never requested. They don't want to take responsibility for the error on their side and they are sending me to Worldplay whom I never had any agreeement with. I am deeply disturbed about this behaviour.
