Every single month i have to email your customer services team to get them to email me my Tax Invoice - i have asked on numerous occasions for them to simply email me every month - but it never happens. Pls sort out this simple request ASAP - its an inconvenience to request it myself each month when this should be an absolutely easy request

my perception of vodacoms service is pathetic - here's an opportunity to change it.
