I have called Vodacom 3 times in the last two weeks requesting that they email me my monthly statements from March 2012 - November 2013 via email.

Note: I have asked them 3 times in the last 2 years already to email me my statements, but I have been ignored as well.

Here's my recent interaction with Vodacom...

25 Nov '13 : Spoke to operator about my request, he then sent me an SMS stating "Dear Customer, Your service request no. S3-T6D6N-NP2R has been logged. We will contact you via sms, email or phone within 24 hours". I never heard back from Vodacom.

2 Dec '13 : Spoke to an operator, discussed my issue, she emailed me 1 x invoice for August 2012, she then promised to email me the rest, but she never did. Surprise, surprise, I never heard back from her either.

3 Dec '13 : Spoke to an operator, told her about my problem, she said "Don't worry sir! I will call you directly this afternoon to sort out the problem". You guessed it, I never received any call from Vodacom.
