Once again I am complaining about Altech Auto page. I have no idea why they just don't take care of their loyal customers. No wonder people refuse to renew their contracts. They are absolutely pathetic.

For the last 3 days now my mom and I are trying to get a simple invoice of our account from Altech. And every single time they say, "yes I am emailing it to you as we speak" really, because I am still waiting for the mail? I went online to request an invoice, and I am still waiting for one of a consultant to email me my invoice. I mean I am asking for an invoice, is it that difficult??? What's the problem? Why can't they just mail the invoice the first time, and keep their loyal customers happy, why do we have to complain to get something from them??
I am due for an upgrade this month, when I advised them that I'm thinking of moving they just said you need to phone the cancellation department, NOT "please rather stay with us, we can offer you so much more, come in and look at our great deals" They not giving me a choice but to move...

With this attitude they WILL lose all their customers...

And its simple, all I wanted was an invoice, and customer service...
