Pathetic service/Incompetent procedures

This is the 3rd BlackBerry 9780 handset Ive had in less than a year, and all three of them broke/are faulty with the same problem - the LCD screen is faulty. I am fed up with Vodacoms useless "customer service"/ repairs department. I booked the previous 2 handsets in for repairs and received refurbished handsets. This is now the 3rd handset with the same problem!!! I will NOT follow the same procedure to book the phone in for repairs and wait 21 days for vodacom to the handset and replace it with the same model (piece of handset). Obviously there is a problem with the LCD screens on the BB 9780. This is a waste of my time and money. The previous time this happened I complained, and escalated the matter, and requested a "no history" handset, and vodacom still did not adhere to my request. Vodacom is absolutely useless! I request a new handset, and a different model as its IMPOSSIBLE for one client to exchange a handset 3 times within a year. This handset must be delivered to me as i will not inconvenience myself AGAIN due to Vodacom's blatant disregard to a clients needs. Can senior management please contact me regarding my ongoing issue and have this resolved ASAP
