I am not finding it surprising at all that this has still not been resolved.

We logged a complaint with Hello Peter around the 9th April 2013, to which we've received a response that somebody will contact us and have the issue resolved. There has only been 2 text messages received advising that they are still busy resolving the issue... Really?! It's almost been a month since we've logged this and the issue has still not been resolved...

What is going on??!!
